Rollup Digital LLC operates rollinsure.com under the Roll Insure brand (“Roll Insure”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Terms and Conditions agreement governs your use of rollinsure.com and our services. By accessing and using Roll Insure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.

2. Services Description

Roll Insure provides information about health insurance products and services and allows users to request quotes. The information provided on rollinsure.com is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. Roll Insure covers Individual & Family plans, ACA/Marketplace plans, Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans, and Short-Term health plans.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter binding contracts to use our services.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting a quote request. You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit is truthful and up to date.

5. Privacy Commitment

• No data selling to third-party marketers or data brokers
• SMS opt-in data remains confidential within Roll Insure

6. Authorized Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Roll Insure related to your quote request, account updates, and service notifications. SMS communications require separate opt-in consent as described in our SMS Policy. Based on your request, health insurance providers may contact you by phone or email — this is separate from any SMS consent you provide to Roll Insure.

7. SMS Messaging Terms

Program: Roll Insure SMS Marketing Program
Description: Marketing and promotional messages regarding health insurance, related products and services, and other offers we think you may find of interest.
Message Frequency: Up to 4 promotional messages per month.
Rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help or contact support@rollinsure.com.
Consent: SMS consent is optional and not required to submit a form or use our services. Consent applies only to Roll Insure and does not authorize any third party to text you.
